What data we process

• Your store's name and an API access token, granted when you install the app through Shopify OAuth.
• Orders that contain embroidery personalizations: the order number, the customer's name and the personalization text — everything needed to produce the embroidery.
• Product photos you select for calibration, and the hoop and zone settings you configure.

Why we process it

Fulfilling embroidery orders is the only purpose. We do not sell data, run advertising, or profile your customers.

Storage and retention

All data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt region). Generated stitch files and previews are stored so you can re-download them for production.

Your rights and deletion

TrueStitch implements Shopify's GDPR webhooks in full: when a customer requests erasure, their name and personalization texts are redacted and generated files are deleted. When you uninstall the app, all of your store's data — settings, fonts, orders and stored files — is deleted.
