When a customer checks out with a personalized product, the order lands in your TrueStitch Queue the moment it's paid — matched automatically from Shopify, no copy-pasting from order notes.
The queue
Each queue entry shows the order number, the customer's name, the personalization text zone by zone (for example Chest: EMMA · Sleeve: 2016), and a stitch preview — exactly what the customer approved.
Download the machine file
- Open the order in the queue.
- Click Download to get the production file. Text from all zones is combined into a single file, positioned exactly as previewed — one hooping, no manual layout.
- Load the file into your machine, thread the listed colors and sew. The machine stops automatically at each color change.
Machine file format
Settings → Machine file format controls what Download gives you: PES (Brother/Babylock), DST (Tajima), EXP (Melco), JEF (Janome), VP3 (Husqvarna/Pfaff) or XXX (Singer). If a conversion ever fails you'll see a readable error instead of a broken file — switch back to PES and contact support.
Mark as produced
After sewing, mark the order Produced to keep your queue clean. The file stays available for re-download if you ever need it again.
